DESCRIPTION:
We have been doing SUP classes in Lanzarote for 7 years. We have the possibility of practicing SUP flat water in the southern part of the island, as it has the best conditions for this activity.
Our instructors have years of experience and great knowledge of the area, they have dedicated their lives to paddle surfing, so now they want to share their knowledge with everyone. You don’t need previous experience to take one of our classes.
Exercise, nature, and safety, these are the qualities of our SUP courses!
WHAT PADDLE SURF - SUP IS?
Paddle Surf also is known as SUP or StandUp Paddle, is a sport that consists of enjoying the diverse landscapes from the sea. The practitioners will be standing on a paddleboard that is characterized by offering comfort and safety due to its measurements, which are greater than those of the boards used for surfing. Participants will learn rowing techniques to move in the ocean, enjoy the view, and have fun. This sport helps us to work in different areas of the body hard, improves balance, and above all, allows us to explore little-known places where animal life reigns and have unique views of Puerto del Carmen.

SUP ride through little-known beaches
Our instructors have been practicing paddle surf for more than 10 years and have been teaching this sport in Lanzarote for 7 years, they have world certifications such as ISA and are lifeguards. The large number of years living on the island, has allowed them to know the best places to perform SUP, there they will find great marine life, beautiful landscapes and they will see beaches little known by tourists.
WHAT IS THE CLASS SCHEDULE?
Our classes can be held either in the morning or in the afternoon. It is very important to keep in mind that our activity depends on factors such as the ocean tide and the wind, which is why there may be changes in the schedule depending on the metorology of the day. This activity is available in both winter and summer.
WHERE ARE THE CLASSES HELD?
Our SUP / Paddle Surf courses are held at El Poril beach, a unique place to enjoy the great diversity of marine life in Lanzarote. Near Playa Chica in Puerto Del Carmen.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
For our SUP classes, we recommend you bring sunscreen, a cap, water, a swimsuit ,Our school is located in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. This area of the island has everything tourists need, hotels, restaurants and a beautiful beach to enjoy the good weather of the Canary Islands.and a towel. We will give you the rest of the equipment.
